Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 May 2026
About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Liberateweb Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE ("we", "us"). They govern your use of simpleidle.com and the SimpleIdle game ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
SimpleIdle is a free, browser-based incremental game. Access requires no account. We may add, change, or retire features over time.
Your save data
Your game progress is stored in your browser's local storage. You are responsible for managing it. Clearing browser data, switching browsers, or losing the device may delete your save. The in-game settings include export and import so you can keep a backup.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in a way that disrupts other users or our infrastructure;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or any related system;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
You are free to inspect or modify your own client-side state. You may not redistribute the game itself or pass off our content as your own.
Intellectual property
The SimpleIdle name, design, code, and content are owned by Liberateweb Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game for your own enjoyment.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs that affect saves. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will continue to be offered.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost progress, or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may revise these terms; revisions take effect when posted. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
